What counts as an invoice?
All invoices created this month count toward your plan limit — paid, pending, overdue, or any status. Your limit reflects your business volume, not just what's currently outstanding. Demo invoices never count.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel before your next billing date and you won't be charged again. Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.
What happens if I hit my invoice limit?
You'll see a notification and be asked to upgrade before adding more invoices. Your existing invoices and reminders keep working normally — nothing is paused.
Do reminder emails count toward my invoice limit?
No. You can send unlimited reminder emails on any plan. The limit only applies to new invoices you add each month.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time — the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
